So i saw they offer £167 and then i registered and i don't see them anymore.

I went on the page but it says checking if you are eligible and then you are on the waiting list we will email you when you are eligible

I added my personal information and id pictures and got verified

Are you from US? I believe some offers are GEO-based.

I think the offers come in limited supply and are GEO based. I was easily able to register and complete 80% of the offers (Canada) but know others in different countries that registered around the same time however, were left on the waiting list. You may still be able to collect the EOS and XLM opportunities through someones invite link that has open positions, however I am uncertain if that is still possible.
