I'm looking on this seoclerk sites but i got really fair reviews for there. usually they are like clients lossing money for spamming backlinks and freelancers making money by giving fair service? is these are correct? does anyone have experience anything like this?

You got it right. Most of the sellers here sell spammy auto backlinks at cheap rates. There is no benefit to ranking with these now. The majority of new buyers order them at low prices without realizing it.
