Does anyone know how this ranking method works? Are there any tools for it?

I've noticed that the rankings for this keyword are all based on search results from other websites. I'm wondering if there are any tools that can achieve this.

It's internal search spam. You basically find sites with a search facility that has indexable results pages, then populate the search query string with your message/phone number/telegram account etc. It's been discussed on the forum quite a bit now eg:

There's no commercial tool that I know of that does the job, but a pretty basic python script looping through a bit list of popular domains and parsing for internal search forms would do the job.
