SemrushBot seems to spider everything, including SERPs, which is the case with the regional Yahoo search pages. This is simply to overinflate their database. These pages aren't picked up by Google so won't count as a 'proper link'. Eg: However the 4.bing.com subdomain SERPs do seem to be getting indexed by Google: So, if you really want, you can find some SERPs on that subdomain that include your site, build some links to the SERP urls or send them to an indexer, and see what, if any, effect they have. I doubt it will be much.

That looks like search engine backchains. Basically, people force search result pages (Yahoo, Bing) to index with links pointing back. It’s usually done with automated queries and indexing tricks. These links don’t hold much long-term SEO value, but they can inflate backlink numbers fast.
