Does anyone know any Ad networks that allow bought traffic?

Hi,

Looking to get a few websites then buy traffic to make money via ad networks but I've looked at a few and they don't allow this.

Does anyone know of any ad networks that allows this? or have other ideas to make money via paid traffic?

Long time ago I asked my aff manager at maxbounty about this and he said it's no problem (I was talking about expired domain traffic). I don't see why anyone would have a problem with paid traffic, PPC is paid and it's ok.

I was thinking more along the lines of cpm.

it doesn't work, if it did we would all be doing it. if you can find TARGETED paid traffic you might get some results but my experience says paid traffic is only good for improving your Alexa rank, I haven't had many conversions through paid traffic but I still find it useful
