All the banks I tried refused to let me open a personal account as a resident probably because of my nationality. I really need a way to receive and spend as I would do normally with a bank account. Can anyone help with an alternative or a way I can go about opening a bank account easily?

im in the same boat as you , asking around about Estonia , did the bank in the UAE gived you a reason

There are banks that will open an account for you in UAE, but expect massive fees.
Why can't you just use an account that's located in your own country?

They restrict foreign transactions. I can only spend $200 a month

how do they know if its salary ! let's say i get $xxxx per month , i can say thats my salary from a foreigner source !
