Does anyone know about Samrush Network Graph?

If you look at Sam Rush's network graph, the links are unstable and are displayed in red. How do I make it appear green?

And why is it displayed like that? Is it a proxy issue?

In my point of view SEMrush's Network Graph envisages connections between domains and keywords. It helps analyzing competitive relationships and backlink opportunities.
