Does anyone know a way to scrub MC019 listing violation?

Trouble really does come in 3's doesnt it, after a spout of totally inappropriate listing removals all thanks to the VERO program which seems to be act first ask questions later.. The best response I get is contact the rights owner.. None of my listings violated any intellectual rights at all YET the response I receive from the rights owner (apple) is the products sold are counterfeit, which is impossible when they do not have a logo or mimic any details whatsoever.. It seems as though I really do not have a leg to stand on at all..

Our account status has gone from high to very low during the slowest month for us.. Am i to expect a closed account and 2 years flushed?

We operate a 100% positive feedback account, and have a good rep, we've just invested alot of money into branded stock (legit of course), is there any way we can get eBay to remove it?

I'm new here and have posted a few threads without any response, tbh i'm at my whits end... If anyone has some relevant advice, please post!

The only way to remove this violation is to wait the suggested amount of time. You can see the exact date in your Ebay Seller Dashboard.

You can always give eBay a call and beg them to remove the MC019. Of course they'll also do their best to make you jump hoops to do that. As Poseidon said, you most likely will have to wait for your account to age. I've been selling VeRO items for a while on a new account and everything seems to be going smoothly, but I also have been only listing 3-5 VeRO items at a time. My advice is to just take it slow and don't rush selling your branded stock.

All I did after was re-list it but remove shipping option to European Union countries and I was good to go. Sold all of them. It will be on my record until May 2013.
