Does anyone know a VPS or Proxy service that works for creating FB Ad Accounts???

As the title states, I used to be able to purchase a fresh VPS and create accounts, but as of late my accounts are getting banned while using my usual process. I believe to have it nailed down to the IP type with the VPS services I have used, so if anyone could share, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks!

I would also like to know on how to solve this

I guess creating ads account is not a problem but How do you guys solve the problem of payment? as We cant use the same Payment method that we used on the previously banned account.

Any help would be appreciated

You can use russian banks for example russian standart or use plati.ru website where you can buy cards
