Does anyone know a Lead Management Software?

Hello guys,

I am looking for a lead management tool that allows me to add leads as well as buyers that can buy those leads. It needs to enable me to set prices for different criteria of the leads (e.g. leads of zip code xzy cost 10 Euros more). I need to be able to install this on my own server and reconfigure it. At the moment I am using a German system from a company called pivasoft (I'd write the link but since I am new I can't) but the system is not that great and the design is really shitty (as in usability, I don't care much for fancy designs). What I also don't care about is that I will have to rewrite / translate everything or code some minor stuff in the system, as long as I don't have to code a completely new one.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am not sure it already exists, but you can always get a custom script developed from freelancing sites.

I know that I could do that, however considering how much work a good and properly working script would take, I also know that it would cost me a good 10-20k to get this developed. And that is 25-50% of the profit I am making with the leads in a month. The service I am using currently is working and it is alright enough that if I had to spend up to half a month of earnings I'd rather continue using it. That is why I am looking for something that is already done and gets sold as a one off, maybe for up to 5k or that is on a monthly basis as my current provider who charges 400 Euros per month.
