Yes, they do. BUT, when they share, it's also in hopes of raising even more profits. Through banners or links to their past success threads.
What you're doing is smart, keep that attitude when you browse anything, not just here. You would probably do well in finance where news are abundant and you can do due diligence on everything and there are transparencies in terms of financial statements.

Yeah, but underestimating the power of services and products offered here is not a good perception either. IM is just another business model. No method last forever, you gotta adapt. stick to the principles of business. create and capture value, stuff like that.
