Does anyone have this problem like me?

Does anyone have a way to add a card to a restricted payment method without a prepaid payment method? please help

I’ve had the same thing happen before. Sometimes FB just bugs out for no reason, especially on newer accounts. Clearing cache or switching browsers helped once, but honestly it’s hit or miss. You using a fresh setup or a warmed account?
