Try turning off notifications then log out of your account 30 minutes later log back in and turn notifications on.

It sounds like Facebook’s algorithm reset your feed preferences when switching modes. Try going to a group > tap “Joined” > select “Follow” to prioritize posts. Also, check News Feed preferences under settings and manually add groups back. If that doesn’t work, give it some time. Facebook might take a while to adjust

Try to check if your information display filter has selected all items correctly, sometimes it may be changed automatically without you knowing. Or maybe you turned off notifications without knowing

yeah bro that’s been happening to a few ppl lately. fb sometimes messes up the feed algorithm when u switch modes. even after switching back, it kinda glitches. what worked for me was unfollowing then re-following the groups, plus clearing fb cache. took a few days but it started showing up again. fb can be weird like that sometimes.

It’s a known glitch. Try unfollowing and rejoining groups, clear your Facebook app cache, or reinstall the app. If the problem stays, you might need to wait for Facebook to refresh your feed settings
