This block appeared in my wordpress dashboard. I have no idea since when it is there, I noticed only now.

This is what google returned when I googled the title.

I have only trusted 5-6 plugins and free Astra downloaded from the official page. I'm not located in an Arabic speaking country or near.

Should I be worried?

That looks like some kind of code injection. Where do you host your website, if you don't mind asking?
 
Most likely site is hacked / malware infected.
 
That's was nulled plugin injected by hackers to promote there own product to your website. Same as redirect ez seo

I have no nulled plugin nor theme. Everything is installed on the wp. All free versions. No trials activated.

Didn’t have wordfence, a friend of mine also suggested it.

You password leaked, hacker brutal forced your dashboard, you can reinstall wordpress.
 
Looks like some irani news feed, not Arabic though; there are a ton of script sites and nulled plugins by those guys.
 
It looks like you have hacked Wordpress site if you have any nulled theme or plugin get it deleted or removed.

Next, install a security plugin to do a check for errors or problems.

Check your filemanager in your folders look for weird or things that don't make sense if they seem funny or weird get them deleted but make sure if you have never done this ask someone's for advice with regards to the names of it.
