been gone ten years from the bhw and marketing, guessing this is knew, what is "threshold" Maybe we called it something different back then.

he's probably referring to Google Ads threshold accounts, which are accounts that sell with a preset balance of [whatever].
I purchased such an account some months ago for like $80 and it came preloaded with a $300 balance that I could spend however I liked without being asked anything by anyone. Threshold accounts are a very good deal if you're into PPC, but you still need to know how to do PPC otherwise you lose all of that money
Anyway, this is the only "threshold accounts" I can think of that he might be referring to, if he means something else I don't know...

All these sellers have vanished and lot in shitlist section. So stay away from this. Pay for the ads to see results.
