Does anyone have experience with Templatemonster affiliate program?

Hi,

I am looking to join the templatemonster affiliate program. However, I would first like to know if any of you guys tried it out and what was your experience with them?
Do they use any shady tactics to reduce your earnings?
Did you have any problems with the payout?
Is it overall just a bad company and a bad affiliate program?
