Does anyone have experience growing a NSFW subreddit?

I see more and more people using Reddit as part of their OF/nsfw business strategy which includes finding ways to post and get a lot of traction on already established nude content subreddits(gonewild, etc.)

Has anyone focused on building one of these subreddits up in the first place, curious what the guidelines and strategy would be. Seems like it would make a lot of sense to control the subreddit itself as you could list and prioritize your own models as well as find endless content to post to populate the subreddit.

Seems doubly interesting now that Reddit is gonna start implementing cryptocurrencies for subreddit from which the mods of that subreddit will receive(I believe) 10% making it financially very rewarding to own an active sub.

For me, the thoughest part is writing titles for the content

Cross posting was the way to do it, but now lot of subreddits have disabled that due to influx of new communities. But still driving traffic to profiles and having the subreddit as pinned will work
