Have been looking into it recently and it sparked my interest.

But most of the information on YouTube is just Gurus trying to sell there $1000 course

Does anyone have any experience with Drop Servicing, willing to share any tips or have any good sources to learn about it from?

Or is it just the next big scam for gurus to make money from..?

It works... ppl have been doing it for years under "arbitrage" or other title.

See, I'll explain what the main idea is here. You buy from whole-sellers on AliBaba and sell them on Amazon or Shopify. Suppose you get one piece of X item for $5, you can sell it for $25 and make money from the difference. You will have to run your own marketing campaign on TikTok or Facebook. You might even have to pay for ads.
You will have to hunt a product, and trust me hunting a product is the most difficult part of this whole drop shipping model. You will be needing Jungle Scout and a bunch of other software for hunting a product.
You can also, alternatively, hire a freelancer and let him/her do all the work for you i.e. hunting a product etc and just pay the expense. Once you make money, you can pay the freelancer.

Honestly, you can still learn it on YouTube. I saw some good videos on it. Also, you can search arbitrage on Udemy and see if you find a good rated course.
Most of the videos I watched on YouTube didnt really provide any info other than what drop servicing is, they all just promote their scammy course. I will check out Udemy and see if i find anything useful

You are explaining Drop Shipping, I was talking about Drop Servicing , it is the same concept except you sell other peoples services. Basically you are the middle man

Thanks, ill check him out!

have any places to learn about from?
Like others have said... go to youtube.
What do you think you'll find in a $1000 course that you won't find in a free hour long video on youtube?

The rest is just about you taking action and learning on the job.
Or find someone doing just that and offer to work for them as an intern for 3 months for $100/month or whatever and learn from them.

Ok, check out Udemy. You can get some courses for free on Udemy if you have the discount coupon, so research it before buying a particular course.

No such thing as DROP servicing. Its called outsourcing.

Most of people missunderstanf dropservesing, dropshipping and affiliate marketing.

When you drop ship you need a product and you are dependable of the shipping, delivery, returns etc.
When you drop service you need a service and you are depentable of the service provider and the quality of the service.
Both can work if you present the right product / service to the right audience.

There are two ways to approach this - start with product research and with market research. The first is easier to start and harder to monetize so always start with market research.
Fird a hungry people and sell them what they are looking for, what they need, what they want. This is a lot better than holding the best product ever and wondering who will buy it and why.

Dropservicing indeed works and used to be a great source of income for me.

Here is what I did:

I learnt about dropservicing from a video, given away for free to subscribe to a newsletter. The video was very short without any detailed information, but the basic idea was to resell $1 services from seoclerks to fiverr for $5 and earn the difference.
Some time later, I stumbled upon a marketplace where there was a huge demand for similar services in a lot higher prices and I decided to get my hands dirty.
I immediatelly created a profile and posted 5-6 different services for 4x the price I was buying (I still was cheaper than other sellers). I created simple featured images and wrote the description based on the description of the seller, but made it totally unique.
After I got some initial sales, I refined the descriptions to match better the services. Some services did go well and some other didn't, so I removed the outperforming ones and tried some others. Although I posted many different services, I tried to focus on specific sector, so that I could present myself as a specialist. I went to other marketplaces and posted the same services.
I tried to provide a great customer support and that was what I was actually selling, as people trusted me. I was totally transparent about the details of the services (most sellers are not accurate and hide important details), even though I could have lost some sales. I also tried to answer to all queries as fast as possible and when I did not know the answers, I copied the the question and sent it to my provider. I was very willing to help and offered refunds, even when it was clients's fault and even though I couldn't get my money back. My clients appeciatred all this and I had almost no issues.
Along the way, I learnt to make the services myself and I could be faster and keep all the profit. I also combined some services, so to make my services unique.

Here are some tips for you:
  • Although I did not do it from start, I absolutely recommend to test the services before you resell them, so that you know exactly what you are selling and can be accurate and transparent to your clients.
  • Find 2-3 different sellers, who sell the same service to resell, so you can be sure that you will fulfill you orders in time and not depend on just one.
  • Ask your providers as many questions as possible, so that you are ready to answer fast any question arises.
  • Try to be as unique as possible. Write your decriptions in your own words and create your own thumbnails. You could also combine services and make one. Eg. if you resell website creation services, find different sellers for the logo, the coding, the content etc. Also, try to resell services that are not easily trackable. Eg don't sell links to certain websites that your clients can find out.
  • Offer excellent customer support. As I told before, this is what you actually sell and makes your service more valuable. Be kind, try to fulfill all the orders on time (give your clients more time than your provider needs), no matter what, even if you need to pay more, be willing to help, offer refunds (that's why you need to resell cheap services.)
Next step could be to create your own website to sell your services and bring traffic from these marketplaces. I haven't actually tried this one, but I have seen many sellers doing it, palcing a call to action to the reports they sent. (check marketplace's rules if it's allowed).

I hope I helped a bit. Good luck!

Ps. Sorry for my english, I'm not native eanglish speaker.

Actually drop servicing and outsourcing are different.
In outsourcing, company or person A outsources their work to company or person B. So B does A's work or service. 2 parties are involved.

Drop servicing : 3 parties are involved.
In drop servicing : A buys service from B and rebrands it as his own (A's) and A resells it to C under his own (A's branding) .... OR .... A has an arrangement with B that B will get clients or buyers like a C, and C will have to rebrand his (C's) service so that it shows B's branding and that A will ship or deliver directly to C, in which case C has traded with B only and for C, he has received B's service (just as in drop shipping, except that in drop shipping it is a service and perhaps not a physical product).

Most of the YouTube videos, don't really give any real information. From the videos I watched, its mostly just the same information over and over again

Did you sell high ticket services and did you sell recurring services?

Did you sell high ticket services and did you sell recurring services?
No, I didn't. These would have been among my next steps, but I wanted to stop it. Although it needed just a little work everyday, I was a bit nervous (by nature ugh), as I was depending on someone else's work (I couldn't do every single job by myself) and already had earned enough money to move forward to what I enjoyed to do (affiliate marketing).

What I want to tell you, is to start right away.... find cheap and quality services to resell and just go to other marketplaces and post your services. I know, it sounds cliche, but it important to make a start. I enjoy watching youtube tutorials very much, especially for motivation. Almost every method works, but you need to implement it with your own tweaks, which you'll find along the way, most pobably not from the beginning. Eg. when I found the first marketplace I had success with, everyone back then (2015) was recommending to sell a certain service that was in demand. I knew, that everyone would jump and copy the method, so I found other services that were hot selling too, so I decided to offer them. It took me about half an hour for each service to post and the first order came 5 days later. After that, I went to other marketplace and copied and pasted them exactly, not everywhere with same success, not even with the same services.

Even if your first attempt has no success, you'll know what's not working there, just change your services.

I recommend you to start with cheap services (my prices were between $10 - $60) so that you can build easily your reputation and after that you can offer high ticket services. After I got my initial positive ratings, everything was easier and I had a lot of ideas to expand it. Some of them were:
  • Offer more services with higher profit margin (my profile was already gaining attraction)
  • Go to more marketplaces and job boards and actively promote my services (till then I didn't do any marketing, just organic orders). I had already clients who asked me if I was selling elsewhere as they had issues with the platforms.
  • Promote more services and affiliate products to my existing clients through my reports. (Once a client asked me if I could offer her a discount as she wanted to order in bulk. I knew I would loose her, so I told her it was not possible because of system maintaining expenses, but I could recommend her someone else and gave her my affiliate link and I continued to earn.)
  • Offer discounts and free services to clients who would buy recurring services from my affiliate links
  • etc etc.
I don't know if you already have other experience, but you'll see when you start, the ideas and opportunities to appear in front of you like mushrooms.

You're welcome my friend!

Thanks for sharing your experience and giving me some tips!
They gave me a couple of ideas, really appreciate it!

I might start a journey thread soon after I figure out a niche and service.
