Does anyone have any consistent successes with website flipping?

I've got quite a broad range of skills from full stack dev, marketing and design and I think it would be fun to buy established websites that are earning a small amount of income and take them to the next level.Just curious as to whether anyone is doing this successfully and where it is worth pursuing? Do you sell the website once its worth more or use it as an additional revenue stream?Thanks bros.
