You need to focus on social content marketing + SEO on your site.
You should also be trying to collaborate with a decent size influencer/theme page 1-2 times a month so people get familiar with your brand.The majority of ‘organic traffic’ is just people who have seen your brand 1-3 times (usually 3 statistically where they will remember it) and then decide to follow/purchase.
For SEO it’s all about showing up on search engines, if you rank high.. you’re going to be one of the first options people see which is usually one of the ones people buy from.I’ve brought stores from 100% paid traffic to roughly 50/50 by just focusing on a social media plan & my Content

I've been saying this for the last few years on the forum, social media is the way to go for new sites or for starting a new campaign strategy.
Most people have some form of social media.
So, if you effectively create campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Threads, Kick, Twitch (yes, you can create a small campaign on streaming sites), Tumblr, etc you will see traffic.

Generally I email/DM them sometimes both on different days.
If you’re doing profit % as payment then the overall quality of the accounts your contacting isn’t AS important but it’s still beneficial to have partners with good reps & engagement.
In reality you’ll probably have 1 out of every 100-150 people you message that will team with you.
It is very tedious and time consuming but it’s worth it for the free promo
