Does anyone have a webmaster database for sale?

I'm looking to purchase a database of web masters/owners of blogs etc. Due to a recent job change and me moving away I completely lost mine and a lot of the hard work I put into building it. Not sure where to look for somewhere like this and who to ask but if anyone knows of anything available then that would be great. As lazy as this seems I'am in need of this fast and do not have the time to build it back up from scratch.

You can use scrapebox to scrap the blogs and use a scrapebox template to automatically contact all the blog owners using the blogs' contact form. It shouldn't take you more than 1-2 hours to create a big list. Hope this helped!
