Does anyone else have this problem?

    My wordpress blog won't let me have a sidebar on the rightside it pushes it down below the footer, the leftside works ok I have tried 2 themes any idea on how to fix this?thx

    Do you have a banner or image that is wider than the page? This will push your right sidebar down below the footer. If so, resize it to fit, or delete it, and the sidebar will return.

    It sounds like you changed the php code? If you make mistake changing it, this stuff can happen. You may have to find where you changed it and edit it back.

    Along with what londonscouse wrote, you should make sure you are terminating all open DIV's ("</div>") in the content and sidebar. Check out Firebug:

    Londonscouse, I am guessing that is the problem. I can't believe I didn't think of that!

    Thx for the help. that fire bug tool is awesome there's so much knowledge on this site. I checked with http://validator.w3.org it looks like a div tag is the problem unfortunately I can't find it :(
