Does anyone else have problem with fiver?

I am trying to deliver completed work and nothing works on that screen. I cannot click deliver completed work or even Got Problems link. And also add file attachment link does nothing too.

I tried from all browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox) and 3 different pc's with differenbt OS on each (Win XP, Win Server 2008, Linux).
