Easy way --> open image, make a few changes in either or all of the following (color, size, tone, add text, etc).
Make sure you delete any creator, camera, location info, etc., saved in the image
Save image, MD5 changed.

but what about on a mass scale? lets say 100 photos a week?

It's really easy to put random bytes in images in bulk with a Unix commandline.
Alternatively,you could use an exif data editor to do it in bulk under Windows

In bulk, you need commandline tools (see suggestion about UNIX/Linux).

I personally don't change image, I strip only JPEG headers and I am fine.

if you are a mac user. what i do is select <999 images. open in preview. export as JPEG HIGH QUALITY instead of JPG. makes them brand new. what I encountered lately when scraping photos from big accounts is when I wanted to upload that particular pictures my instagram app would crash , even before adding a style/filter. guess their new way to defending copyrights/reposts.

There is grate program from our BHW mate JustChillin - HashManager. Change md5 for all pics in seconds

Try to find a Hash-Changer
