Hi I would like to split many articles into sentences and then merge those sentences together to create unique articles , I have found web based sentence and paragraph breaker here:

but does anybody knows some simple windows based tool?
TBS has similar function which grabs TIPS as sentences but I only need some splitter to use it with articles which I already have.
