i'm sorry. as you can tell from my post count, i'm brand new on BHW. i wasn't aware that business couldn't be conducted via PMs on BHW. what's the reasoning behind this?

Its because people sometimes try and "rip off" other users VIA PM and stuff like that. Recently i've seen people been warned/banned for it.
