Does any panel deliver WORKING YT views right now?

Does anybody know a panel that currently delivers YT views? I tried all the panels I know, but everywhere my orders get stuck on pending for days!
So is there any panel that has WORKING views?

Ordered 5k from qqtube a few days ago but they only did 2.5k which have now dropped to 650 (just checked). Also had an order with someone from SEO Clerks but they just refunded me. I don't think their is a working one atm.
 
I'm not sure. I'm using instant fans the views are back but only delivered 1200 from 5000 views and got stuck. 1 day ago I ordered 2000 views and got stuck too on processing.
 
Mine is working but it is currently on private. :)
90-70% retention for 20 minutes
 
Check mate in marketplace , there is some good SMM panels, example instant-fans , i use it frequently
 
No panel is working as of now. Better not to take risk with any panel if youtube detects it as fake videos can be removed and channel health with be harmed
