does any one ever head about OneX program ?

Hi all , a friend of mine told me about the OneX program or as it called : One(1) X (5$) = ?
the main idea is to make an investment of 5$ to build your 4X4 matrix and share the program with 5 persons ( those persons do the same ) and you get paid monthly
and he gives me an Ebook explaining how the program works
