Does any e-commerce platform do this?

A friend asked me if there is any platform capable of accepting payments by uploading a picture of a voucher (bank deposit) and then getting it validated manually by a worker.

Yes, I know there are payment processors capable of doing this automatically, but they want to keep their cost down and by keeping the process manual.
