Does anyone know if Android has like limits similar to iconosquare, webstagram etc. or is it like the iPhone where the actual app has very few limits?

I was thinking you could pair a mouse script with an android VM for a like/follow bot.

You can't have my bots. Sorry :'(
Both the Android and iPhone private API endpoints have very similar limits, but they're account-based, not client-based. Instagram limits the public API a bit more because the the bar is so low for entry level programmers to abuse their system. On iPhone and Android you've got to know a decent amount about how HTTP/HTTPS networking works, certificate pinning, and MiTM techniques (assuming you're not good at RE-ing :D).

The answer to your question is "yes". Also, auto-clicking/whatever macro system you plan on using for Instagram on an emulator is probably not the most efficient solution to your problem. It's impossible to track events/callbacks via an virtual machine, so unless you're scanning pixels on the window handle (assuming you've got access), you'd be wasting your time.

I'd suggest going and purchasing one of the available bots from this forum that is reputable and remains up to date. Stay away from anything made with ubot - it's garbage and slow as fuck.

So are there any then that make use of the Android or iOS api? Or at least that have workarounds for the limits?

Well either way, I just finished up a bot that makes use of the android api endpoint. Gonna test it overnight.

    UPDATE:

The bot has been running for about 8 hours liking a pic every 7 seconds (+- 2). and pausing every 6 likes. Comes out to about 10sec/like so over 8 hours I've got about 2500 likes. So far so good. Haven't even gotten an email/password reset yet (like it use to with instaget)
