Amazon SES is very strict affiliate marketing isn’t allowed. You can send to your own opt in list if it’s clean and engaged, but the moment they see affiliate type content or high complaints, they’ll shut you down fast.

Amazon SES does not allow affiliate marketing They are very strict about it and will suspend accounts if they see affiliate links or traffic patterns that look like affiliate promos You can use SES for sending emails to your own opt in list but the content has to be yours and not primarily promoting third party offers If you want to send affiliate content it is better to use an email service that openly supports it
