Does Amazon Provide Email/ Numbers to companies?

Recently I registered on amazon with a new number and since the next day I have been getting sales /spam calls. The number is pretty old and I do not use it anywhere. I am pretty sure this was because of amazon, if that is the case, how can a normal person buy such a data? I tried searching on google for a solution or a seller but could not find it. Any Ideas? It could be great to buy targetted leads.
