What you want is link localization! Or link globalization (depending on what you call it)

There are several third party link localizers, some charge a flat fee.

They will redirect your link to the local Amazon variant, so a cookie gets dropped for you.

If you are promoting a US amazon product by using onelink and you got click from Italy (or somewhere else) your customer will be taken to their country's amazon.
