If you add value in the shorts, it might be eligible. But complete AI shorts will not be eligible.

It is hard to get so many views on these shorts. So the erarning will remain negligible. Better create shorts with own face.

I have seen some shorts channels grown to very large point with lot of subscribers. But I am sure that they will not be approved for monetization. They might be having some other way to monetize.
