Where are you going to get $1 CPM adult ads from?
My experience with those networks is that for every 1k visits they charge you for, 95% bounce off your website. Either they send fake users or people looking at porn have erratic behaviours. I don't think your plan will work, but you should give it a try anyway, you might learn something.

I've tried, got banned from all network. 2 raesons:
- the traffic you buy at .10 will never be of quality. Traffix has cheap traffic, which is in fact bot traffic.
- arbitrage is against TOS of most sites, once they catch you, you're done, and your money is gone.

Media Buying is frowned upon in most eCPM networks.p
Don't ever worry about staying around as you will get hit with a ban overnight with any network that actually pays.
Instead, focus mainly on buying web properties and acquiring seasoned returns rather than lump traffic.
