Can I embed YouTube video to each one of my posts, and then put AdSense on the site?
The videos aren't mine.
 
No it's not allowed. You would get banned at any point!
 
Yes you can, but you need to have content on the site.
Even if the videos are yours without content adsense will not approve your ad account.
 
You can as long as it's supporting your post's content. If it is your video, you may want to consider enabling your videos with monetisation.
 
I think Adsense don't allow it if you don't have content supporting it. Specifically text content.
What you are thinking is a Splash page.It doesn't matter if the video belongs to you or not.
 
If no content, then your account will be suspended, images and videos doesn't count for adding Adsense as it against terms of services. If you want to post those youtube videos in blog make sure add some content atleast.
 
This is against the TOS of google adsense content must be yours in order to use google adsense and for sure you will be banned soon if you are doing this consistently.
