Does adding google ranking keywords helps to rank faster?

Hello, as you read on the title, when you go to Google search console and filter by a specific article. If you add the keywords that you're ranking for in the article; introduction, image alts, conclusion, faq, etc. does it help with ranking? Has anyone tested that?

I personally think it is helpful, provided it is natural enough.

as the others said, it is helpful indeed (you will better rank for those keywords), but you have to do this in a natural way and without compromising your (already ranking) content

Absolutely! These are the positions we recommend to include keywords: opening, pictures primarily based alt texts, concluding and FAQs. Have seen it work!

If there's high relevance between keywords and the article then yes.

If the article is about Cat food and you're ranking for Horse Riding, the answer would be No.
