Do you think using ad.fly to promote my site that is monetized with cpa would convert; or help in any way?

i wouldent mess around with that, those type of traffic is good to build a list with so you can sell them things down the line, you might loose money initally but the list will be worth more

integrate a mailing list into your money site which contains a cpa link for maximum effectiveness i guess.

Adfly probably wont do much ( or anything in your case ), I'd look into different cheap traffic sources. I tried direct linking an offer once at adfly ( just for the lulz ) and surprisingly I got 3 conversions, a total of $3.60, spent $5, so perhaps the traffic MAY not be THAT bad but i'd still stay away from it.

Adfly have poor traffic quality, so it won't convert.

In my experience with Adfly and other such websites conversions suck. But if you have a hot offer you might be able to squeeze out a little profit. Like everyone suggested about Mailing lists, it works.

The problem with adfly is that the traffic is not targeted at all. They have no way to make the traffic trageted or showing related ads for that matter. You can just hope that out of like 100 randomly selected attempts only once or twice your site/ad will be shown to an appropriate visitor.

The only way (in my experience) to make money through adfly is by direct linking to adware "play now" pages for products like livid or xvid.
