How privite is Tor on a network hosting site Can it even be done. Can you vnp ×2.which is better vpn proxy or dns sever

If you want an aditional layer of protection i would suggest like following:
Use vpn on your pc>Buy windows VPS>Connect the win vps to another vpn.
TOR is very slow and also it has many hotspots made by NSA.

If CIA/FBI wants to find you , they'll find :) . I use Browsec plugin on Google Chrome.

They can find you but if you are located in Russia/China or any country that is hostile to USA, they can't do anything to you, Edward Snowden is a perfect example.

They can send an agent to kill you.

Is there any vpn can make the whole pc's network go though the VPN?
It's really sucks, the network in china is really bad

VPN does hide. But not 100%. You will have to get a VPN that hides your ISP.
If a VPN cannot hide your telecommunication network/ ISP, then you're pretty much fucked up because you still can be tracked.

This is why residential proxies can save your ass. I will rather use a proxy software with inbuilt residential proxy pool.
