i need an app or software that can +1 / Share any url i want it to share on google+

Example: http://example.com/blah-blah-blah.html.

All i need to do is to load google accounts with google plus activated and it starts to +1 the page or shares them on google+

do you know a working software able to do this.

I personally haven't seen or heard any such software, but you can make a custom bot for that.

No I don't think any software is there that can increase +1s but yes there are exchange sites where you can exchange +1 and this will raise the +1 score of your site. I think it will be helpful for you.
 
I'd be careful with +1's, if being used with Adsense. All things in moderation.
 
not with adsense, for seo purposes. And besides i need them continously so i guess i would have to go for a custom bot. because i need this for ever page on my blog

Like the others above have said, you'll need a custom solution. You could also look into iMacros. For serious automation though, I would recommend looking into custom solutions. If you think you'll be needing more bots in the future you may want to look into Ubot. This way, you can automate almost anything that you need. If you hire a developer this shouldn't be too big of a task for them.

I dont know much about this iMacro's thing, have heard about it in addmefast, thats all. but if i want to use it for this, how will i go about it, using diffrent accounts to =1 a particular web page, please can someone explain so i would understand

If you are planning to do it on your own ,You will need to learn more about imacros which can automate this process
(Remember you will need good public proxies)

If you want someone to make bot for you ,check your pm
