Hi,

It's not really a general store because I would sell just jewelry, the domain is namedeals.com

So, would it work? Or do I need something like namejewelry.com which is not available.

I'm so confuse, please help me.

Any name can work, just make up your mind and start with something.

Don't let analysis paralysis keep you from taking action. Pick a name, run with it. If you can find something that is not snatched up already with the word "jewelry" in the domain name, even better. Keep it .com if at all possible, and just go for it man. Start driving traffic, make sure you have your FB pixel installed, and enjoy that tasty eComm cash once you crack it.
