does a forum bot like this exists?

It goes to a bunch of different forums and tracks/collects/saves all the new posts. Kind of like an RSS reader but for forums (because not all forums [especially private ones] allow RSS).

I tried BuzzBundle but it's not what I'm looking for. I also tried ForumPilot (this is the kind of program I'm looking for) but it's so outdated in doesn't recognize newer types of forums.

yes this kind of bot can be made in php
or some type of auto posting plugin can also do this

I am not sure though,
but if its RSS can we not use some WordPress plugins for Auto posting...
