Does 2checkout delete ac due to non activity?

Hey guys, I am planning to apply for 2checkout account for my ecommerce site. Currently, my paypal account is limited but I hoping that it will get activated in a week or two. If it gets activated I might not use 2checkout until there is a problem with my paypal again. As some of you guys know that Paypal doesn't have a sound reputation in India.

So, let's say, I get approved for 2checkout in few days and my paypal account also gets activated during the same time and so I don't use 2checkout for few months, will my 2checkout account get deactivated due to no activity at all?
