I made a payment to read and use the thread about 1Indexer.
However, I couldn't access the dashboard and sent an email, but there was no answer.

There was a thread recently with the poster also not able to access 1indexer's dashboard or get any response from the service. You are probably best off trying to get a refund if they don't respond to you.

I tested this & was able to access the dashboard immediately last week.

Perhaps try accessing the dashboard from a VPN with a US IP address.

I don’t see why this problem would be associated with your IP or location, but it’s worth a shot.

I had the worst experience with them, broken access, no replies for a week and wors tof all- pages don't really index.

I think 1indexer is currently the best-performing indexer, with at least 60% of content being indexed within 3-5 days. However, the only downside is their very slow customer service
