I definitely do not recommend it, some have found ways to get away with it but is usually not worth the risk for most.

It can be a very powerful tool to assist you, however, just be sure to prioritize UX and edit for accuracy.

Pay more attention to what keywords are ranking for you, how and where they are shown in GSC and move on from there!
