I only upload documenrties on my youtube account and yesterday i reciving a flag from documentry by discovery channel.

I want to know that Documentries come under educaitonal material which go under Fair Use Policy! Why the hell do they keep deleting these vidoes ? What can i do? Is there a way to bypass this and if anyone else here is uploading such educational and scientific vidoes which are pure'ly educaitonal in nature.

ALso, how many strikes do i recieve before the delete my account? I recievid it for the first time , thus its strike one. What to do?

    Regards

Three Strikes I think my one got three for having F1 news clips videos from News TV.

So I always skip the F1 bits on the news now.

    And make a new account.

A copyright overrules anything you are talking about.... are these videos protected by copyrights? If so it doesn't matter how "educational" it is, if discovery owns the copyrights it is theirs only to distribute.

Yes you can download these from youtube where it says download MP4 but this only works on non copyrighted under the video.

Or use software like Jdownloader which is the only one that works for me right now since they made changes.
