Is crypto a part of your discussions offline? Or your friends just change the topic when you mention bitcoin? We need a lot more people to use crypto and these discussions should be encouraged.

I discuss a lot. When I loss around $700 with doge, I was very upset and talk with my family about it.

Everyone is using cash and look at the economies. Broader adoption of crypto doesn't mean success. Also, everyone around me knows about crypto - family and friends.

We will always discuss loss and profit with family. But we should make others aware about crypto as well.

When you loose, not kinda willing to tell ppl about it (

I discuss crypto with a friend that lost some bucks investing in ethereum, he promised me that cryptocurrency is dead.

I always get questions like: what do you think is going to happen. Should I buy or sell.

Yep, some friends usually ask me things about crypto. I never said them to buy, they only want to know and i only teach them things, and they bought something

Yes telling them directly to buy can be bad. If they face losses, they will blame you.

The problem with discussing crypto is that people start asking for a "sure thing" and that does not exist.

Dead? When a thing is still discussed like this conversation, it is not dead. Wait for 2-3 yrs and ask the friend who promised you about something to dead.

almost never.

i know a few people who are active in the ancap circles, it gets mentioned in passing with them but even that is quite rare. usually when there's something fishy going on with an exchange, gossip like that.

but nobody who i see on the daily knows i even know that crypto exists.
