Hello Guys

So i was working on tiktok since fews weeks, and i learned that you can be shadowbanned if you use multiple accounts on the same computer, which made me think about youtube.
Do they use the same kind of process ? or it's more IP related, so you can use multiple accounts on the same computer but you have to change your IP for each account ?

I got pretty bad results on some of my channels who were pretty fine before, so it could explain many things.

thanks.

Since its a google products, it most likely will work like that.

YouTube definitely detects the user not only by IP, but also by hardware, and I'm not talking about MAC now, but about the computer as a whole.
But is this a problem specifically in your case? If you just want to have two channels - it won't affect you.
If you want to have 100 accounts, then don't hesitate - they will be banned.

You can safely have multiple Google accounts on one computer. And each of them will have 5 channels. It's not a problem.
What matters is how you use them.

It depends on how many accounts; I am running four accounts from the same IP and never had any issues.
I do like my videos with them and sometimes comment.
If you are trying to go higher than that, you will most likely need an anti-detect browser and some proxies.

I have a same experience. I am running multiple channels since past 6-7 years and when one channel's views decreases, other channels views also decreased in few months. So your question is valid.

To test it, I started few new channels from different laptops and various internet connection, but the channels did not show that rapid growth. Since it will be too early to comment on this experiment, I am just waiting and watching if anything positive happens.

Upto a certain limit like 10 channels or so per computer, you will be fine.

Yes

But with a reason when your account or channel caught by spam filter / spam like action

Yes, there is a specific number of channels that you can use until you get shadow banned. Using multiple accounts and getting shadow banned is the same for almost all major social media platforms. They do this in order to limit spam accounts.

that what i thought for a long time, but i'm pretty sure it changed. Or maybe it's because one of my account is an old youtube account with 100 channels on it ? I use only 2 channels on it but he maybe have detected it's a "strange" account ?
