For those who are making a full time living through online endeavors.

Are you guys working at home or have a separate office elsewhere?

Did you find yourself more productive in separate office away from home?

I am just wondering, because I am deciding on rent a office for myself :)

Love to know what you guys think!

I have an office within my home land (3 shipping containers done out with windows and lights)

I have worked in an office outside of home before and I definitely think you'll be more productive away from home.

Knowing home is a 10 seconds walk from my current office, knowing I can just make a cup of tea and sit down for 10 minutes to watch some TV, then I get comfortable, fall asleep for 3 hours etc.. Lack of productivity!

I have an office, but before that worked from home.

I would have to leave the home office to get work done - I would get dressed to go to a coffeeshop and interact with other human beings. Now, you might not think that going OUT for work changes your mindset, but think of it this way. Could you watch YT, spend countless hours on T*crunch & R*dit, and do other mindless idling online if you had deadlines, people looking at you, & your computer all day? No, you would be forced to be productive. The static white noise from a coffee shop helps, and you can actually be more productive when you're out being social.

Tomdavies, you gotta upload pics of your office setup - sounds dope!

same with me, I fit it in ...go to the mall, watch some tv for like 5 minutes...hang out with the kids for a second...but the majority of my day is spent working, until the weekend.

I work from home, but I like the idea of having an office a few minutes away to be more productive and professional.

Home. Office is a leather recliner, laptop, Marantz home theater and two chihuahuas that are determined to share their farts with me while I work.

I used to work commute 40 miles everyday for my web and marketing job. However after 3 years I convinced my boss I work better at home and save 2 hours of being in traffic everyday.

I work at work then I work at home....

Build a portfolio of online, offline, and in between line businesses...

Won't be too much longer and I'll be working never, I'll just be enjoying hobbies that make me money. Anyone else here in the gold or silver market?

I sometimes work at home and sometimes at school. I just break into rooms in my school and pretend it's my office.
i have a much higher efficiency when working at school than at home.
