I've posted few weeks ago that HBO GO is giving free streaming and personally caught up on all episodes of Silicon Valley that I haven't seen & currently re-watching Sopranos on living room TV while I do other things in living / dining room / kitchen areas.
HBO / Netflix / Amazon all produce the best original series / movies and Showtime / Starz have some hits too. If you goto any of these sources for content you will find something interesting to watch.

Between that I'm mostly into reality shows because of how much I'm at home right now.
A) Survivor (Latest season + previous 4-5 seasons)
B) The Amazing Race (USA + Canada)
C) The Bachelor (kill me now?)
D) A bunch of Eastern European reality shows
